Clients may cancel their booking autonomously online up to 13 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this window will follow the refund rules below.

Fees paid in advance are non‑refundable after 14 days from the time of booking, regardless of the scheduled session date. This ensures fairness and protects the preparation time dedicated to each session.

3.1 Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their session autonomously online up to 3 days before the scheduled start time. After this window, rescheduling is no longer available, and the session will be considered confirmed.

4.1 Preparation Requirements

After booking, clients will receive a short form to outline their goals, experience level, and specific areas they wish to work on. Completing this form is essential for delivering a personalised and effective session.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary tools, including laptop or tablet, mannequin or model (if required), and a stable internet connection at the time of the session.

5.1 Nature of the Session

Online sessions are strictly educational. They do not constitute formal training, do not provide certification, and do not guarantee specific results. All techniques demonstrated should be practiced responsibly and within the client’s professional competence.

6.1 Session Conduct

Clients are expected to attend the session on time. Delays may reduce the duration of the session, as extensions cannot be guaranteed. If the client does not attend the session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
